I Purchased This On A Whim For My Grandpa Because He Has Been Smoking Meats For Years And Years Even Back When i Was Still A 12 Year Old Kid All The Way Up Until This Point Of Me Being 28 Years Old in 5 Months and He Put This Dry Rub Seasoning On His Most Recently Cooked Pork Belly And Let My Just Say (Meat Candy 🍬) is Almost To Nice of A Compliment Becuase the Flavor This Added To His Pork Belly Is Well Beyond Simply Delicious.

This is excellent for making jerky or snack sticks. Beef, pork or chicken. Use 3 TBS per pound for ground meat or 2 TBS per pound of strips of muscle meat.
