I bought one of this product, but can’t figure out how to use the needles. Can someone please help me on that and also how to successfully tied it?

It mentions holding seed beads. I’m wanting to use this for 6,8, and 10mm precious stone beads. Will it be strong enough for that??

Is the needle flexible enough to go through small shells?

Did the needles snap anyone else’s elastic? After a handful of beads going through, the elastic would break.
