Is this a genuine chi product? the ingredients listed are different than ingredients listed on the chi site.

Yes genuine but they probably only distribute to certain places now. You could call Chi and ask. I'm still buying it and using it. I will be sad the day I can no longer buy it. I try to buy any purple packaged CHI products.

Is this good for colored hair?

I've used this product for years and it was recommended by my hairdresser for my thin, fine hair. She colors my hair every 5 weeks. My color has always held up fine.
