My only complaint with this ball is that it did not come with it's own pump. It took me a while to figure out how to blow it up in our office, but once I did I haven't stopped sitting on it. It's very big and it accommodates my long legs nicely. I am looking down at my computer screen a little more but my hands are perfectly aligned with my keyboard.

A Waste of $$
I had 30 days to return the product, 10/3/15 was the cut off. 10/8/15 the ball began to lose air and today, 10/14/15, it became completely soft. Not worth the money.
