Only Hangers Four Arm Chrome Handbag Rack with Adjustable Height J-Hook Arms - Available in Black and Chrome (CHROME)

I knew better than to buy something with no reviews but it was the only rack I could find that was the right size for my closet and had enough hooks. It is self assembly and it comes with NO directions. Which I guess is find b/c it's not that hard. But one of the attachable arms was made incorrectly and is too small to fit on the rack, it doesn't come with enough screws, the attachable arm that does fit, doesn't have holes that fit or match the holes on the stand and the heavy piece on the bottom has four "feet", one of which has a screw that is too big so it doesn't screw in all the way and that makes the whole thing uneven, so those are useless.

Box came destroyed. Parts missing. Definitely a used product and then shipped to me. Sent it back for refund. Wish it could have worked out. Probably a nice piece

I am sure I will like it if I can figure out how to put it together. Still sitting unassembled because instructions were included.
