Freeda Magnesium Carbonate Powder - 16 OZ.

I had a hard time trying to find Magnesium Carbonate Powder locally at health food stores...saw this on Amazon and tried it. I couldn't be happier with the results. Works great for a Cal_Mag concoction I make. 1 tablespoon of Calcium Gluconate ([...]) with 1/2 teaspoon of magnesium. Add boiling water. Then add 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider vinegar ([...]If the drink is still a little cloudy, add a little more vinegar until it becomes clear (it will have a yellowish color to it but it should be fairly clear).

Magnesium is something that has worked miracles for me, if I have leg cramps. After lots of exercise, I might develop cramps. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this kind of magnesium never fails to alleviate my cramps. I might also take some calcium, too. I bought Freeda calcium carbonate, and it also is very easy to use. Just read and follow instructions, and use an appropriate amount. Of course, these mineral supplements, when used correctly, can be a healthy choice, and easy to assimilate.

Believe it or not but I actually use this as a hair powder. The texture is very light and fine (more so than other forms of magnesium) and works better than baking soda which is a bit grittier. It's totally non toxic, so it's a much safer choice than baby powder (talc) or cornstarch (which is made from GMO corn and contains free glutamate (MSG) residues).

I like it but only use it when I have something like yogurt to mix it in. I guess you can get gelatin capsules.
