It is so easy for an elderly person to use

Since receiving this phone and waiting for it to charge all I see is the torch light. Nothing appears on the screen. None of the buttons do anything. It’s meant to be simple. My Sony Xperia is far easier to use with all of its functions clear and accessible. Gaix phone is a waste of money. I can’t even be bothered to return it. Utter rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I have given it one star it doesn’t deserve as it won’t submit without it.

Arrive on time .problem with the sim card say insert it on front . It is easy to use but not to please with item.

Packed with goodies, simple to use

Charged up OK and accepted Sim card but after a small amount of use it packed up and is just useless. To be honest it's very cheap and nasty Dont waste your money.

Brought it for my elderly mother. Great that it charges in a holder but too lightweight

Big buttons but let down by screen, camera is awful. Considering that it is aimed at poorly sighted people, the instructions are in such a tiny font that even those with good vision will find them hard to follow. The phone switched itself off whenever I tried ringing it from my phone. Sent it back.
