This is perfect if you have digestive problems. We have tried many aids and this worked the best. They are easy to swallow and the better digestion adds increased energy.

I took the pills as directed and ended up with stomach discomfort. I checked the ingredients and under " other ingredients" the package shows: lactose. Do not purchase if you are allergic or sensitive to lactose. In my opinion.
