So it’s clear you only get glass and glued laminate beams. My construction experience tells me that you can shell a decent size house in down to the drywall with all the plumbing, electrical, & HVAC for the same price, or, get them included with other reputable prefab home sellers. And what’s with all their exclamation points in the description! Buyer BEWARE!

It's really cool looking, but $40,00 without siding, windows, roofing, plumbing, electric, flooring, walls, etc? It's way out of my price range. The windows alone would be astronomical.

What a cool timber frame structure. Curved beams are gorgeous. Pretty stupid comparing it to traditional stick-built homes. What a shame that Amazon allows those who never purchased or used a product to write 'reviews'. These are opinions, not reviews. Often uneducated opinions.

Scam, for 40k I can get u all the materials inside and out windows doors etc. As an architect and home estimator this is straight foolish dont be a sucker.

Cool design, but without basic plumbing and electrical for both bathrooms and kitchens, it won't pass a code inspection to be built in the US. IF you go off-grid, maybe but you won't be able to get a loan or insurance. 40k just for the beam and glass crazy since you can get an entire building for the same price. Depending on where you live, you can get a 1500sft house with some land for the same price.
