As a mateing box it's way to small for any adult fish but as a eggs hatchery it did serves a purpose have used this to hatch 10 corydoras fry. It was only used a fry home for the 1st two weeks did make feeding easier inthe starting. fry are moved to another 20 l fry growth tank.The box itself as small vents at the sides for me no fry did escape tick is to get all the air bubbles out of the lid and set it just on the water line and no more.

A bit small, and the sucker's are a bit hard to pull off. But for the price not too bad at all

Its tiny! I realise it's my own mistake as I've obviously missed read the dimensions but i dont understand why they even make them this small?! Also it arrived with a crack. It doesn't effect the use massively but looks like it may worsen. The suction cups dont attach properly either. The box just sits ontop of them which means it could very easily fall off into the main tank. Not impressed

It works especially if you have live breeders filling you tank up with fryers. Unfortunately no accept your small unwanted fish except charity. Search you local who do. Also for your fish that constantly who are unsettled or a bit sick.

Would never be big enough for adult fish.Suckers wouldn’t stay in place, nearly lost the fry so had to use aquarium glue to secure them.

It's a lot smaller than I though but perfect size for my gappies. Quality is good and it will float even if you don't use the supplied suckers

Great for very small fish

It’s very small so I wouldn’t put a full grown fish in it. I have three babies in it which is fine. The suction cups don’t work very well at all. It has so far come away from the side three times in the space of an afternoon. Luckily it floated so I was able to reattach before any fish escaped. I don’t have much faith that it will last the two weeks I need to allow the fry to grow. Not fit for purpose. Don’t recommend.
