smart PTZ camera
The media could not be loaded. When it comes about CCTV cameras is not all about the resolution and picture quality. It is also about features.This camera excels on the features:-pan tilt zoom-record on sd card-view recordings and camera from internet-Alexa integration-smart move recording (this is my favourite) - means that the camera is turning itself if detects a movement, following the movement, so cool!I am very pleased with this camera; in this way I can say that my patio is protected.

Really dissatisfied,Unit returned.
Read previous reviews regarding this product but still thought I would try it.Why did I bother.The instructions are poor to say the least.No info provided as to what app to download.The access to the memory card slot is not easy.No reset button on camera(none that I could find)Does not work too far from router.I have returned.

No onvif
Decent camera but motion detection only about 70% accurate and any sort of speed lost the camera. In addition it doesn’t have onvif seems an odd omission, so I returned it. Can only be used with the supplied app.

Unreliable
When it works it is a good camera, however, at random times it produces a loud chime, suspect that is when it loses wifi, disappointing as I have different brand of camera 4 times the distance from the router and have never had a connection issue. Also it starts to loop record but with all connection issues it stops recording so is of no use. Tried the ethernet wired connection but seems to only be able to connect on wifi, won't use the cable at all. Think this camera will have to go back.

Useless and wasted so much time
I wasted about 6 hours trying to get this set up. It finally seemed to work (instead of endlessly playing a tune for hour on end) and then, reverted back to playing a tune.I've had to try and reset it so many times, it's now completely stopped working.I really want a refund.
