Works well for me. Everyone needs zinc but the dosage levels are great. Piping Rock is the best I have found. I buy a lot of products from them because they offer higher dose levels and you can always get on line and ask questions with their experts!

I guess OK if it works for you
I gave this three stars since it might work for other people. It didn’t work for me at all. Usually if I am starting to feel sick, I take, but was told this one is a good brand and tried it out. It did not help I went back to my old brand.
