I needed a bit of a kick - these did the trick.
I learned about Gluomannan off a great YouTube Doctor and so I headed onto Amazon for help. I trusted these because of the Holland and Barrett brand and soon after they'd arrived I got to work. I'm not obese in any real sense, I'm male, 58 years old, 5'9" and was weighing around 77.4kgs.My problem was that I was stuck at that weight for months and months and that was frustrating me because no amount of exercise was getting the weight down. I only wanted to lose 3kgs, in order to get to somewhere sub 75kgs because through life experience, I have known that I simply feel better at that weight.So, I started using these and within 1.5 weeks, I lost 5lbs!!!!!Yes, I do drink 2 glasses of water each time I take these as per the recommendations, 30 minutes before eating my meal, but what has surprised me is that taking these tablets has made me much more *disciplined* when I eat. I no longer snack. I eat just three meals a day and not really many calories at that (I never feel hungry or that I'm starving myself).I've totally stopped eating Popchips (which were my go-to snack and I had turned into a meal replacement.... not good) and I also no longer snack on Halo Top ice-cream either (my other 'meal replacement' - also not good!).It's been the discipline to get through 6 tablets a day, with 6 glasses of water as well that has had a greatest positive effect on me. In less than 2 weeks I now feel I look and feel younger, more energetic, and am no longer bloated and tubby looking or feeling (in the face).My *only* personal criticism of these tablets is that personally for me I occasionally struggle to down them as they are super light tablets and they float in my mouth while I'm trying to swallow them with a mouth full of water. I guess I could break them so they dissolve in a glass of water first, but I can't be doing with that ! I'm fine, as is, I can live with that slight odd occasion when this issue occurs.So, just 2 more pounds and I'll be done in record time!Thank you so much!

For help with weight loss
While most doctors are being gimps and not seeing patients face to face, especially my doctor, total 🔔🔚 I can't get orlistat and I won't pay £50 from Boots.... I thought I'd try these, only just started, will update later if there's any results

Doesn't work without the effort
Well what can I say, 6 days in and using this product I've lost 5lbs! It's definately worth making sure you drink the water as suggested, yes water does fill you up, but by adding these tablets into the mix, I've definitely felt more fuller, I've not smacked at all and my meal portions are no longer mountains on the plate but adaquete portions with room for pudding! I'm finding myself having more energy and feeling satisfied throughout the day. I've not had the side effects, my bowl movements are normal and also I'm feeling less bloated. I appreciate everyone is different, but my advice is, drink plenty it really makes the difference, I will definately be buying this product again.

Tried them out for a couple days then ordered from here as there slowly cheaperThey do make you feel full I eat out of boredom and sometimes thirst if I’m honest and taking these I down a pint of water and I do tend to feel fuller for longer and I’ve noticed portion sizes decreasingThey are helpful for me but they might not be right for you do the research and give them a try

They work
These work to suppress apettite if you put the effort in to take them regularly with lots of water. The capsules are on the large size so bear this in mind if you have trouble swallowing tablets, they are a choking hazard.

It's not what I expected
I bought these tablets in the hope of losing weight you have to drink alot of water when you take them and although I did think I was getting a bit of a favourable effect unfortunately I have a weak bladder so was constantly running to the loo so stopped taking them so I can't say if they Really work or not.

These actually work! No cravings and I feel so full after a small portion of food. I only use these once a day. No heart burn, no after taste. I have been passing stool daily unlike before using these.
