Increases uric acid levels in body
This increased my uric acid , I got big toe. I got cracked lips post consuming it. My gums was also started to bleed. Consumed for 2 days and I got these symptoms. Vitamin B3 increases uric acid level in your body . So make sure you dont have history of high uric acid. To be honest , I doubt this brand now.
