8 Pieces Silky Durag Caps Elastic Wave Cap Long Tail Headwraps Wide Straps Waves

Purchased on July 7, 2020 and arrived within 2-day window, during COVID-19 pandemic. I received SATINIOR 260 | 8 Pieces (4) Silky Durag Headwraps Long Tail with color coordinated matching (4) "Wave Caps" in Gold, Green, Pink, Black. The "Durags" were utilized by my son, whom gave a satisfactory report. The "Durags" were no better or worse than those in the neighborhood Beauty Supply Store. The so-called "Wave Caps" were intended for my use. So far, no complaints regarding the "Durag" wear. He has yet to wash the fabric to witness any significant shrinkage, inflexibility or color distortions.On the other hand... concerning the "Wave Cap": Initially the wide black elastic bands were firmly fitted. However, after a few uncomfortable nights of wear, the elasticity around the perimeter band were ineffective: loose and ill-fitting. The "Wave Cap" became a slip-n-side event! Leaving me on a search mission for the "Wave Cap" the following morning in my bedding. I eventually resorted to adding my personal "Head Wrap" in attempts to secure the "Wave Cap" throughout the night. Regrettably, this too was a failed outcome. The "Wave Cap" final resting place was bunched on top and within the "Head Wrap" . I could only imagine the friction that was created. Which defeats the purpose of wearing a satin-like "Wave Cap" or "Head Wrap"... to prevent the hair from rubbing against fabrics. More than likely, I will repurpose these so-called "Wave Caps" as lining for my hats.For the $16.00 value, my son is the winner: Four colorful "Durags" at $4 each. Finally.. something that wont slip off when she sleeps. These are thin, breathable and non-bulky. I can smooth her edges and lengthen her hair with the ties too. The elastic caps are perfect to wear under a winter hat to prevent frizz. Super fast shipping! Very happy customer!

It gets the job done but if you value your pillow casings then stay away from this product. These things bleed all over pillow casings like there’s no tomorrow.Personally I don’t care because I use cheap pillow cases and couldn’t care less if they get discolored. For those with expensive bed sets though, beware.

The Silky Durags are nice and shines and seem to be better for helping my hair retain moisture. The only reason I gave three stars was because of wave caps. They are like a one size fit and did not have a option on head size. They are way to big for my head and will not be able to use half the product I bought.

By the time I purchase another durag, the item is unavailable by Amazon so off I went last week researching for the best replacement. This is the one!After trying a “silky” durag right after a fresh do, my hair was full and puffy the next morning. So I open this pack for the next night and voila! My hair was silky and laying down as if I had just stepped out of the salon.My pillowcases do not stain. Every now and again it may slip off by morning but if you have silk pillowcases that you sleep on, problem solved.Otherwise trial pulling more snug the next time if no issues with discomfort. I love the durags but the wave caps are ok. They don’t cover my head well. They come off when I’m sleeping often. The elastic band is too wide. They’d be perfect if they we maybe a half inch thinner. I usually have to flip them upwards to stay on. They serve its purpose if you want to wear them separately. And they have good compression when wolfing. Just the elastic band is a bit undesirable. If they’re completely on my head with the durag on they cover my eyes.

I punched this product in order to protect my hair from fizz due to humidity, but as I tried them on I realized that they did not work for me. Not very comfortable to wear, and they most definitely flatten my hair. So it is a big no for me.

Liked the price. These are the same scarfs I buy at the drug or beauty supply store. All items are a satin like material. The scarfs are lighter in weight than some but still do the job of smoothing and protecting the hair. The caps are a new item, that I haven't tried. So far my daughter likes them, says they stay on well when sleeping and she has been using them when exercising.

Durag are good, would be a 5 but there's 2 small issues. My only two gripes are the colours are slightly different in person and the wave caps are made out of a bad material, there worse for my hair than just plain old pillows. Everything fits fine though.

Amazing value. High quality stitching and very comfortable to wear.
