Autolite Xtreme Start Iridium Lawn & Garden Spark Plug Automotive Replacement, XST2976DP

Bought it for my 35 year old snowblower that i refuse to part ways with. Fired right up and is running smoother than it ever has with the old copper plugs.

I recently chanced upon buying and installing one of these plugs for my snowblower and noticed that it started a lot faster, ran smoother and did not stall during about an hour of moderate use. Also, as far as the starter cord, I'd pull it about halfway and the snowblower engine would start immediately which was quite surprising. I'd have to rate this plug the "best" so far that I've used in my snowblower!

Excellent "one-pull" starting, and truly awesome performance from this plug. It made a big difference in the starting/idle/RPM's in my 5+ year-old Briggs-equipped push 6.5HP lawn mower, and my Troy-bilt snowblower. Worth every penny, and an easy upgrade. I swear my fuel consumption went down as well, as I can now finish a full lawn mowing on less than one tank of fuel, and this mower never could do that before.

I'm a BIG fan of platinum/iridium plugs, so I decided to upgrade my old TailGator 800W 2-stroke generator with one of these. For whatever reason, it would NOT work. I popped the old standard, copper core plug back in and it fired up immediately. Didn't have time to investigate what might have been wrong, but will NOT be buying any more of these from now on...

Package was totaled…like it was pulled from the bottom of a dirty box. Works fine but disappointed with what I received.
