This product is more than amazing. Not sure where to start since I purchased it for hair growth but had so many other great things happen. I noticed that I was sleeping far better. At first I was taking only 1 ounce in the a.m. but read somewhere to take an ounce in the a.m. and 1 ounce in the p.m. for the first 30 days b/c when you rest it's a better chance for the vitamins to work. They did. It was the 2nd month I noticed greater nail growth. I went into a protective styling challenge for 90 days (low manipulation styling) I used the Nzuri Elixir and I alternated with the Nzuri Kra-Z hair gro vitamins. Well needless to say I am trying to see where to post my before and afters. I have in just 5 months literally 3 inches of new, strong healthy hair. When my stylist took my sew in weave out (which I had for 6 weeks), I went to the mirror and told her she left in some tracks! She said "No I didn't!" and started laughing. She said "Girl, that's your own hair! It's grown like crazy!". This is not a joke. I promise you for the reviews that says Nzuri does not work, the only way that is true is that if you are not using it consistently. Now I cannot say which was the best the Kra-Z hair gro capsules they sell or the liquid. I was just told that it is good to alternate so I did and I am glad I did. I will continue to use these products because my hair is strong and so is my complexion. Very happy with the New vitamin D added to the new formula. Keep up the good work Nzuri.

I didn't care for this at all. It made me nauseous and I saw no real growth other than my normal growth from using this. Very disappointed. I used 2 bottles I have 2 bottles left that have since expired. Waste of money.
