Hemp Hearts have become an essential part of my source of proteins and amino acids, I use them mainly with yogurt and with steel cut oats (added after the oats have been cooked) for breakfast. There is almost no limit as to how they can be consumed. Fresh and chewy with a mild nutlike flavor.

These hemp hearts are fresh and delicious, and I really value that they're grown near Get Chia's office in Denver, Colorado--as well as being organic, processed at low temperature, and cold-stored. Can't get better than that, and the price is as good as comparable lower quality products.

hemp seeds have so many benefits. Better than chia and all you name. I suffer colitis and these babies have cure me and now I can eat whatever. This is a must in your diet!!!
