Juniper Green, semi permanent hair dye green - 118 ml - Lunar Tides

I’ve been searching for the perfect dark green for years….and this is it! It’s a true green and black based which makes it dark but then in the light it’s super bright. The packaging is wonderful, bottles are clear which lets you see how much you’ve got left. Also the texture of this dye is so smooth. It’s not too runny or too gloopy and it disperses extremely evenly through the hair. I will definitely be purchasing this again, perhaps even trying out the brands other colors as well!

I used this to add a hue to my hair, which did look lovely... for about a week. For reference, I have fine, mid brunette hair. This did tone it darker and in the light looked really nice, with the green shine but it washed out too quick for it to be worth the postage and delivery time. I would probably need to lighten my hair so it takes the dye on. I don't usually have problems with other dyes, but this again may be because they act to strip or lighten the hair alongside the dye. Pity because the colour is a lovely smokey, grey green that's not too overpowering.

I used this on my faded black hair, it picked up on the parts of my hair that faded back to my natural dark brown hair but not so much in other places! Definitely removed previous colour if you want to use this! (It gave me what looked like funky green highlights so I can’t be too mad)

One of the worst dyes I’ve ever bought, especially at this price! I’m going back to crazy colours. It’s a washed out dusty green even after bleach, and washing with cold water, and I left it for 4 hours. Really gross colour with no opacity or saturation.

The colour was a lot lighter than advertised, even on pre lightened hair, I was a bit sad as instead of being a cool witchy nature lady I instead looked a bit like a punk rocker haha!

Rubbish dye. Patchy, thin colour. No deep dark intensity. Prefer directions dye

Je n'ai fait aucune décoloration étant déjà blonde très clair et la couleur est magnifique. Bon elle fait plus du vert fluo que foncé mais ça me convient

This was the EXACT color I wanted and I'm super happy with it! I had my hair previously bleached and colored professionally but knew I wouldn't be able to afford the upkeep so I got this. First round was January, I've used it 4 times since and still have a little left for a touch up before I'll need more. It fades true to green and is easy to apply. No harsh smells-it actually smells great! Just use gloves if you don't have a day to scrub your hands before needing to work at your professional desk job... one time I used it while freshening up the dark color too and it looked like I had been digging in a garden lol. Took a long time for the dark to fade and wash off. Green washed off after a day. Also, be sure to put towels down. This does stain our sink and I have to use some heavy duty products to remove the green.

Nachdem ich meine Haare selbst blondiert hatte, waren sie sehr fleckig, an manchen Stellen super hell, an anderen fast noch braun. Hab dann zuerst mit dem Hellgrün von Lunar Tides drüber gefärbt, was wenig überraschend fürchterlich aussah. Nach ca. einem Monat habe ich dann mit Juniper Green drüber gefärbt und das Ergebnis war ein schönes, gleichmäßiges Dunkelgrün. Dieses hat sich dann nach 3 Monaten so weit rausgewaschen gehabt, dass man die Unregelmäßigkeiten wieder gesehen hat, deshalb habe ich dann nochmal drüber gefärbt. Ich war echt begeistert, dass es auch beim auswaschen nie blau wird, ich finde fast es wird mit der Zeit noch grüner, wenn auch leicht heller. Demnächst werde ich nach insgesamt etwas über fünf Monaten versuchen die Farbe wieder loszuwerden um als nächstes Blau ausprobieren zu können. Da führt dann auch kein Weg am Bleichen vorbei, die Farbe sitzt bombenfest in den Haaren und ich werde ihr bestimmt auch ein wenig nachtrauern, da ich mich schon ein bisschen in dieses Grün verliebt habe. Ganz klare Empfehlung!
