Form does not make up for (failing) function
Pros: The light has a sturdy, flexible neck and attractive metal finish.Cons: Toggling brightness if finicky, often taking several attempts to switch. Spontaneously switches to dim all by itself. Very frustrating.You can do better.

Great for late night study sessions!
As a college student, I am frequently up late at night or early in the morning, working on assignments and papers. Most of the time, I leave the light off as everyone else sleeps but I struggle to see my keyboard. I even mastered the art of tilting my screen to the perfect angle so I could see my keyboard and the screen at the same time. When I had the opportunity to try this laptop light, I couldn't resist. All I can say is that I LOVE this light! I can't believe I survived without it. The light itself just plugs straight into a USB port and immediately turns on. It is very flexible and can be turned and twisted so the light falls on the desired area depending on the size of the keyboard. Also, the light is very bright without being overwhelming. It lights up my entire keyboard and I didn't have to struggle to see at all while typing. What I love most about it is that it will never run out of battery because it isn't battery operated! It uses power straight form the laptop to keep a steady, bright light. As the fall semester approaches, I am not dreading all of the papers I have to write nearly as much, now that I won't have to strain my eyes to see!I received a sample of this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. Seeing the dark at night is important to me because I have to be up early in the morning for my work, so that I do not disturb others with unnecessary glaring lights I like using this USB Lite for my laptop so that I can see my keyboard. Glad it is reliable too with no extra pwr source needed.

AMAZING TOOL!
I was looking all over amazon to find a quality light when traveling and in the office and this is by far the best one!! I even made a video to show how excited I was!! You can litterally take this ANYWHERE and it is of high quality!
