Brilliant quality lager, however poor delivery company used who called at 3am repeatedly just asking for my address which I didn't give, so ladder was dumped down the road. Surely they should have our address from the order.

I ordered ARTIMEX Wooden Swedish Ladder in April and I was contacted by lovely people with courtesy taking my order making sure that they preparing a right size! The service is good. Overall I like the product! The material is good and solid, it is well treated and looks quite nice and sporty the same as we had in sport hall when I was a child and did gymnastics. But It has to be improved to be more practical and to be more competitive on the market! 1. There are no simple instructions how to assemble it step by step (believe me if you start in wrong way you may be tangled how to do it right) 2. There are screws which are very fragile and if you break in the middle of the way you may be end up in trouble. 3. Second from the bottom rung could not be fixed and would be left rolling which sometime makes difficult to step down from the ladder after exercise. 4. And most annoying is that it is a bit shaky and I had to install myself an extra fastener in the middle of ladder between the side rails. If those points would be eliminated and the product would be improved that would be the best one the market, I think!

Die Sprossenwand kam entgegen meiner Erwartung, komplett montiert, also keine Montage nötig. Die Qualität erinnert mich zu 100% an die, die die Turngeräte zu meiner Schulzeit hatten - großartig. Die Anlieferung sollte Freitags sein, wurde aber nicht geschafft. Der Fahrer kam mit der Direkttour aus Rumänien abends am 4. Advent ohne Aufforderung, damit es doch noch klappt und er sicherlich auch nach Hause möchte - 1.600 km bis Bukarest. RESPEKT und vielen Dank! TOP!!

Die Qualität bzw. die Verarbeitung der Sprossenwand ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unterschiedliche Längen der Sprossen bis zu 5mm, was ich allerdings erst beim Zusammenbau bemerkt habe. Hab die Sprossen dann noch einmal versucht nach Länge zu sortieren und sie dann so recht und schlecht zusammengebaut. Die seitlich verbliebenen Spalten, habe ich dann mit einem passenden Silikon verfugt. Die Löcher bzw. Langlöcher an den Wandhalterungen waren scheinbar erst gebohrt und dann mit einer Flex bearbeitet worden. Sieht glaube bei einer Hobbywerkstatt professioneller aus. Ich habe die Sprossenwand trotzdem behalten, da ich sie ja dann doch montiert hatte und mir eine Rücksendung zu umständlich war. Fazit: nur was für versierte Handwerker
