This is fantastic stuff except the pills are a little bit big in size. Do I feel better sort of it does help with my ED I think but L arginine doesn’t last that long and the ingredient seem like they’re high-quality. Energy level but more for ED. I don’t have any stomach discomfort when I take it and it doesn’t give me jitteriness or anything weird like that. Overall I good value.

Overall solid product as you are using one pill instead of the usual 2-3 pills. The drawback? The pills are pretty big, and I feel like I am playing Russian roulette and chancing a choking accident. They aren't capsules either, just dense pills so good luck getting it stuck in your throat. For this reason, I'm going to switch to powder instead.

Product seemed to work by increasing N.O. pre-workout, verified by an incredible pump and vascularity. However, this is if you don't choke trying to swallow the giant, hard, dry, sharp tablet. Seriously, have someone on standby in case your immediate gag reflex causes a sheer panic-educed choking fit. Even when you are able to get it down, many times it scratches the throat enough to make you feel like it's stuck for a day or two. I don't think it would cost too much to capsule. I love NOW products, just this one is "hard to swallow".

I love this stuff and swear by it. I personally use this for anxiety and for interstitial cystitis! I’m not a medical professional so ask your dr! However just noting this stuff works for me! Love the brand. Pill size is big but doesn’t bother me at all!!!
