Best trash can I've ever owned!
My parents own a very nice trash can by Rubbermaid. I love the quality and had searched everywhere for one like it. I found plenty of them online for nearly $200! When I found this product for less than half the price, I bought it right away. This thing is worth every penny. We've been using it for about six months, and I have nothing but good things to say:1. Simple Assembly - Yes, it took some elbow grease, but I was able to put it together in about 2 minutes.2. Large Capacity - My family of 6 generates a lot of trash. Our old trash can would fill up daily, but this one every other day.3. Very Sturdy - What good is a large trash can if it doesn't hold up? I expect this one to last for many years.4. Easy Operation - The step is strong, convenient and works consistently well.5. Holds Bag in Place - It has little hooks that help to keep the bag from falling down inside.5. Easy to clean - Any stains can be easily wiped away with a damp cloth.6. Decent Looking - Nothing fancy, but has a simple clean design. It's big, but the neutral color blends in with any decor.

Good size for a family
The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble make sure you snap in the 2 lid holder, really bump them hard until the snap , uses 30 gal bags , actually looks good outside of my kitchen.... Price wise very good buy vs the rubber maid equivalent that I just replaced after the foot pedal broke retail around $200 for less that $100 can't complain

Great Big Can for Nice Price
With a family of six we simply needed a bigger can for trash in our kitchen than the average size that use 13 gal bags. Though you do need to probably get a 30 Gal liner this can is tough, solidly built and holds a solid week's worth of refuse. Some have complained that it is hard to put together. I agree that the plastic is thick and rigid but if you use a flathead screwdriver to wedge open the tough spots it goes together much easier and without needing the hand strength of the Hulk.

Best Trash Bin for Kitchen hands down.
Kitchen Trash Bin on Steroids. This is the Trash Bin you need if you have a busy household where more than one person cooks their own meals & have multiple pets...And the person leaving this review is the only person taking out the garbage without having to deal with multiple wimpy foofy tiny regular kitchen bags that smell like a mountain breeze but tear easily. Will be a money saver for larger bags in the long run. Solid & Sturdy. Best thing I've bought for my kitchen in a long time. Highly Recommend. Thanks !

HUGE!
Best trash can I’ve ever bought—seriously! My family fills up the trash can every single day (where does it all come from?!), and I was so tired of taking it out multiple times. If you’re in the same boat, this is the one for you! I love it—now I only have to take the trash out once a day. Total game-changer!

This trash can is garbage
I don't know how anyone can rate this higher than one star. The pedal mechanism is so loose it unhooks the moment I fix it.Worse, the lid doesn't even open far enough to stay open. I was fighting the lid to even try to put a liner in it. Note, I said try. It wasn't worth my energy to fight it long enough to actually get a liner in.The whole thing is made of plastic so cheap I expect parts will start to snap off within 3 months of use and that's a generous estimate. A light breeze would probably be enough to rip the lid clean off.All the rest of my trash cans are made of plastic and I bought them from Walmart but they've all lasted over 5 years with no signs of quitting. I've overfilled, kicked and abused those cans but they keep going. However, not all plastic is created equal. At this price point, I might as well start looking at solid metal cans.I've spent less than 5 minutes trying to use it and my frustration is already past the max. This goes back, immediately.

Solid Trash Cans
For a long time, I debated replacing our old, beat up, mismatched trash cans. They weren’t exactly appealing, even though they were hidden away at the back of the showroom in the dock area . After carefully reading the description and comparing these to other options, I decided to give them a try—they seemed like the right size, solidly built, and the perfect color for our space. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent quality. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions provided. I set them up side-by-side (one for regular trash and one for recycling), and they look fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with this upgrade and only wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommended!—Koorosh
