For most people, pointing them at about 9 and 3 o'clock, though this may work better for some body types but not as well as others. You would kind of have to experiment with the angle most likely. I was very happy to receive these but after only a few times of wearing them one of them came out of the protective casing they come in. Contacted seller about this and they refused to do anything about it. Very, very disappointed.
