How many wooden beads and string I would get?

You will get 42pcs Wooden Beads & 3pcs strings

Are the inside of the pieces smooth?

If you mean the inside of the hole, not really. They weren’t sanded down to have no jagged edges. That being said, however, the hole is small, and a child who is old enough to play with them shouldn’t have a problem with trying to stick his fingers inside. It wasn’t an issue for us.

How long is the wooden stick for threading?

This wooden stick is around 2.76", the red string is around 27.56".Total length for threading is around 30 inch
