The locks were the perfect size and fit perfectly. They were easy to put on and open. There was nothing about the locks that I didn't like.

There were no instructions
Once I figured out how to reset the combination it was fairly easy to use. If the numbers don't line up perfectly it will not open, which could be a good thing right?

Terrible operation
The lock has No button or mechanism to open the lock. You are suppose to enter the code then pull at all angles of the cable until it pulls open. When this lock is secured to luggage pulling on the cable from a number of angles is very difficult. Stick with locks that have a button to push to open once you have set the code.
