After that time I am adding tikka masala sauce - medium or hot all depends how you like it . The end is a rice and hand made pita bread , very delicious really recommend the sauce !!!! **Q: Will this paste make a red chicken curry** A: No Brian, it makes more of a brown coloured curry, however we add pasta to it which does slightly change it but not to that of a takeaway curry like a chicken tikka masala(which has an additive in it to change it to red). **Q: Could i mix this in a blender & then pour over a meal to freeze & microwave?
