These are as described but I just want to point out that this style of jewelry is not always a great choice. I didn’t know it until I tried this one but the studded part is the same size as the rest so the whole thing will slide through the piercing, which can be painful. Also, if you’re not used to a ring in your conch piercing, this is so uncomfortable and you can’t lay on that side. Anyway, the product is great it just wasn’t what I needed for my conch. Will keep for other piercings though because it is pretty!

Love it! Fits my conch piercing perfectly and looks beautiful. I ordered a size too small previously (10mm) and will likely order a second one to use in lobe piercings instead. So easy to change instead of the ones you have to bend back into shape!

This hoop is comfortable and very pretty. Perfect size. I was really disappointed when half of the opal apparently broke and fell out. I did have the hoop in my ear for about two months solid. I'm sure if I would've changed it out or took it out while I washed my hair, it would've lasted longer.

I was nervous when I got it cause it looked too small but it fits great and it’s comfortable. I’m glad I went with the 8mm cause the 10 might have been too big.

At first, I loved this earring. The little opal stones are very cute. I also loved that they went as small as 6mm so it fit more snugly to my ear. However, after wearing this jewelry for about a week or 2 I started to notice some problems. I ordered this for my rook piercing. I have changed out this earring a few times at this point. I ordered a 16 gauge which is what I was pierced with and what I have always worn in the piercing. However, I feel as if this was not a true 16 gauge. Since the stones are not set within the jewelry and they feel a bit rough to the touch. There is also nothing that separates the stones from the smooth metal. Again, I do not believe this is a true 16 gauge because the earring would twist so the stones would end up inside my piercing. Because of the rough edge it essentially tore up the inside of my piercing that was fully healed. I thought I could tough it out if I just started cleaning it again like when I first got the piercing. But even with religious cleaning I was unable to even lay on that side (which i didn’t even struggle with when I originally got it pierced). It got pretty infected and when I went to take it out i struggled to get the clasp undone because the ring is so small and because of the way the clasp closes. After about 15 minutes of trying to get it out with my hands, I finally had to get a pair of tweezers to be able to pry apart the clasp. My ear was so swollen i could barely get the earring I had worn before in. I compared it to some of the 16 gauge earrings I had and it did seem a bit smaller. While I do think it’s not as small as an 18 gauge, it’s definitely smaller than a true 16. While I do think this is a very cute piece of jewelry, i just don’t think it was designed well. The first picture is just before I took out the ring and the second picture is a day after changing it back to some of my old jewelry. Over the next few days it went back to normal but it was a very scary situation.

Cute and easy to install, but the stone inlay cracked in the middle about a month into use. Granted, it was installed as a septum ring, so it may have more durability in an ear piercing.

The media could not be loaded.  Smooth enough to put in nose without feeling like it’s pulling or snagging. Too cute!

Thought this was a nice piece of jewellery until i wore it for a few months and the opal started to lift. It kept getting caught and I had to take it out.
