This is the coffee to end all coffee
This is all you need, friends! So, so good. A friend recommended it because it was organic and tested for contaminants. I’m recommending it because it is delicious and never ever gives me a headache. Enjoy!

Nice medium roast
This coffee is a great alternative to my NESPRESSO addiction. It’s got a smooth mocha chocolate flavor and is low in acidity. It’s not super aromatic, though, so that might not be a big deal for you. It’s also saved me a lot of money. The coffee was roasted in October and arrived in December, so it’s not as fresh as I’d hoped, but it still brews a decent cup of drip coffee.

Pretty mild flavor for an Yregacheffe coffee. Still looking for one we like.
We got this to replace Gobena after finding out they fund Christian missionaries and we wanted nothing to do with the cultural corruption that entails Unfotrtunately, this is a poor replacement, not nearly the flavor profile. It has a weak body though drinkable and not offensive. I’m on the hunt for a better Yrgacheffe.

Good value and flavor
We've gotten this in a subscription a couple of months in a row and have enjoyed it. I wouldn't put it up there with the local roasters that we can pick up a bag that was roasted the day before, but not much compares favorably to that. For everyday coffee, this is certainly some of the best that we found on Amazon or in the grocery store. It's better than getting Starbucks or Peet's beans in the store, in my opinion. The stock seems to stay pretty fresh, too, so we're getting a newer batch of coffee each month. We use a drip coffee maker most every day, but I've made pour-over and cold brew with it, too. The flavor really comes out with the more time consuming methods, so you know your starting with a quality product. The price point of the coffee works very well for every day coffee, so it's a win for us. Add to that the flavor is good enough to enjoy and not make me long for a fresh batch of expensive coffee all the time is even better!
