Soooo Good!
This is really good! High protein, low sugar, clean ingredients. All around exactly what I was looking for in a cereal. Stays crunchy in milk. Good texture too! I wish these came in a larger box size but I’ll just have to buy more. Tastes like a yummy piece of cinnamon toast.

Wow, soooooooo yummy!
I love Three Wishes cereal, all of the flavors! But Vanilla Frosted is at tied for first place along with Strawberry and Cinnamon. This one is also wonderful mixed with Strawberry so you don't have to pick just one flavor to eat at a time! I eat this in milk and it stays crunchy for much longer than most other cereals and I eat it as a snack with no milk. Both ways are equally delicious. I had given up on ever finding a healthy cereal years ago, until my friend told me I needed to try this brand. I looked at the nutrition label and was skeptical, I was sure it was going to be Vanilla Frosted cardboard, but it's the total opposite! It's so tasty, the vanilla flavor really shines while the frosted flavor makes it sweet enough for those of us that like sweet breakfast cereals (like frosted flakes). I knew that there was a way to make healthy cereal taste good and this cereal proves that. It's low insugar, a good source of protein, and keeps the calorie and fat count down, what more could you ask for?! With the higher protein count I stay feeling full for much longer than I would with all the other cereals out there. There's also no sugar withdrawal later. I know it's on the more expensive side, but its worth every penny to get the best cereal with high end quality ingredients! One note of caution, if you're eating it out of the box you may end up eating all it, it's addictive!

Delicious I eat it everyday, vegan and celiac safe
The cereal is histamine friendly and helps me get an added protein with a very limited diet. Celiac safe and vegan with only four ingredients. What more can you ask for? I’ve been eating the cereal every day for the past two years. You get a good amount for the price and I stock up when it goes on sale.. much better than their competitors that make theirs out of whey protein. I would really like to see a peanut butter flavor, but I understand being an allergy friendly brand that introducing peanuts might not be the best

Hit or Miss in Flavors
As a backstory - I've tried 6 or so protein cereals and Three Wishes is my favorite behind Catalina Crunch. It has plenty of protein listed on the Nutrition Facts, without a lot of added ingredients. And it doesn't taste fake, or have a weird after taste. Prior to purchasing this variety pack, I had tried the Frosted and Chocolate flavors. Three Wishes is NOT a sweet cereal, so I like the Frosted better than the unflavored one. This is very important to me, as while I do enjoy some sweeter cereals, my type of sweet is much different from most. I don't like cakes and cookies, I prefer a natural sweetness like a honey flavor or maple flavor. Earthy sweetness speaks to me more. So this is why I prefer it over something like Magic Spoon (I think that's what it's called). I am also vegan, and while sometimes I'll eat something with a byproduct in it if it makes sense for me, I don't like to. And a lot of protein cereals, for good reason, include whey, or milk powder, or egg whites. So if I can avoid adding that back into my diet, I like to wherever possible. Three Wishes is a vegan, gluten free cereal. It also has a solid texture, closer to a cheerio than a high sugar cereal. Which, again, is my preference. I look some crunch. Now, all of that said. The flavors aren't always pronounced, can taste a little artificial, or sometimes "stale" based on the type of cereal it is and likely the different ingredients used in different flavors. And the reason I bring this up, is in the variety package, this came up. I was able to eat all the boxes, none of them were so bad I couldn't face them, they just weren't my favorite. Of the box, I enjoyed Pumpkin Spice (very light on flavor), Sugar Cookie (did not taste remotely like a sugar cookie, but more like the Frosted cereal one), Cinnamon (had a great cinnamon flavor), and Chocolate (I like Dark Chocolate, so I prefer the Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate if I want Chocolate cereal - Three Wishes Chocolate is definitely an artificial Chocolate flavoring, but it's light so I don't mind it). Gingerbread was good, but I'm not a Gingerbread fan, so that's why I wouldn't repurchase it. Fruity is my least favorite, I would never repurchase. I don't like Fruity cereal, and this is no exception. It tastes fake, and this is the one that came across stale. But not bc the cereal was, just due to the flavor additive. However, I could see if you wanted a healthier version of Fruit Loops (with added protein), you might enjoy this flavor. All that to say, this wasn't the variety pack for me. I would buy one of the Frosted (or the limited Marshmallow) flavor for me personally next time. I am glad I tried it. And if you already know you like Three Wishes, it's worth trying it. But I wouldn't use this as a taste test to determine if you like them or not is the advice I'd share. Find it on sale at your local store - and then form an opinion from there. Happy Cereal Eating! (I take my cereal very seriously :D)

Pricey but worth it.
So I'm writing this review while eating a bowl of the fruity flavor, at 9:30 pm, as a viable post workout meal. Seriously, 2 cups of this cereal with 1 cup of low fat milk has pretty decent macros in a pinch. The price is expensive and that's hard to ignore but I break it down like this: My "serving" is 2 cups (or 2 of their servings) and there's 2 1/2 servings per box. That makes each box $7 and each serving roughly $3. With the low fat milk its around 25g of protein. That might not be a crazy number but it's on par with a decent protein bar. The flavors so far have been essentially light versions of their respective imitations. The fruity tastes like fruit loops light, cinnamon like cinnamon toast crunch light etc. Overall the flavor is pretty good for a healthy cereal. I wouldn't eat this every single day as that would get crazy expensive but as an occasional meal replacement, perfect . It's also satiating as there is no artificial junk or a boatloads of sugar so I eat a bowl and I'm good till my next meal, and 2 cups is a big bowl. If you can get past the price this is a great product. Just don't expect this to taste exactly like fruit loops any more than you would expect fruit loops to be healthy. If your on the fence just order 1 box, I took a risk on a 5 pack and it paid off imo.

Flavor good, texture too light, expensive.
Healthier but a bit airy. Not a hearty cereal. Wish it had less sugar and added allulose instead. Flavor is good, but gets washed out with milk added. To expensive for a light and airy cereal.

non-grain cereal option
Non-grain cereal for those seeking this type of product. Has no taste but is very crispy. Use with various milks or kefir with fruit toppings. Relatively low carb. It's not the cheapest choice, but neither is it the most expensive.
