BUY IT! Delicious Chocolate Pudding Vibes with Protein Power
#1: Affordable AF. I ordered the 4-pack for $11.99 thinking it was only 4 shakes and $3/shake is less than I spend in general but NO, it’s 4 packs of 4 so you’re getting them for like 75¢ each! I’d be hard pressed to put together a protein-rich breakfast for 75¢/serving. Heck, it takes more than 2 eggs to hit this protein level, and I did the math and even at Costco, 2.5 eggs are gonna be at least 62¢, not to mention all the vitamins and minerals, the cocoa powder, etc. Plus, with this shake, I’m paying for convenience and speed—I can grab this and a banana or granola bar or something and be set! #2 Safe for almost anyone! I’m in the process of trying to develop a higher-protein plant-based diet for myself and I’m also trying to identify some food sensitivities. This thing is vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free…even reading the ingredients, I recognized them all as real foods. According to their website and label it doesn’t contain peanuts or tree nuts, though apparently it is produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts. I’m super caffeine sensitive, so I was also curious about caffeine content for the chocolate version and it said the only caffeine is from the organic cocoa powder and is les than 1/4 cup of coffee, which is an ok level for me. #3 This thing is YUMMY. I had low expectations but it is super creamy, not too sweet, no weird aftertaste, not gritty. I fully expected a little chalkiness, but this thing is smooth. It tastes like a lovely chocolate pudding and the consistency is somewhere between thick choccy milk and a thin milkshake. #4 Actual meal replacement for me. Look, I’m not a nutritionist, but the amount of protein and the servings of vitamins and minerals look so much better than what I’ve been getting in my diet and it’s way more protein for sure. Overall FANTATIC product, I’ll be buying the big 48-pack pack next time!

better than the other leading brand IMO
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that there is a vegan option since I'm Asian, hence lactose intolerant. I usually purchase the giant powder container from the big box store and mix it with either plain almond or oat milk. I bought this option for my dad who is going through chemo. I wanted to be prepared if he has days where he does not have much appetite but still needs something for the calories and nutrition. I wouldn't recommend it as a meal replacement for too long though. You should eventually have some solid food: fruits, veggies, carbs, fat etc for a complete diet. The taste is palatable, not powdery or overly sweet. I do wish there were more flavor options besides chocolate and vanilla. I keep these in my work fridge for days I forget breakfast. I do sometimes find myself still hungry an hour or 2 after the shake, so I usually drink it and have a banana in addition. Drinking a full glass of water after helps with feeling fullness as well too. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but you do get what you pay for - ingredient quality, vegan option, and convenience of single cartons for on-the-go or to reduce fridge space.

Highly recommend
Not quite as sweet as typical protein drinks but still delicious and without so many artificial ingredients. This is my go-to protein drink and my elderly dad's as well (and he definitely has a sweet tooth!)

Organic Protein Shakes
They taste great! My doctor told me that I need more protein and these have been a game changer for me. When I need a quick snack for energy, I'll grab one and it keeps me going for hours. I tried a variety of brands: mixes and pre-mixed. I like these because they're made with quality ingredients and they don't have the gritty mouth feel that the protein powders can have, no matter how well you mix them. Also they're sweetened with Monk Fruit which doesn't have the weird artificial sweetener aftertaste. I buy the Vanilla and Chocolate ones for variety.

Nope
I tried both the vegan chocolate & vanilla. The vanilla is ok (not great but palatable). The chocolate is not as good. It’s gritty (not a deal breaker), way too artificially sweet-tasting (total deal breaker) and more “chocolate-like” than “chocolaty.” While I like the nutritional spectrum and ingredients used, I won’t buy this flavor again.
