Works with New Apple Computers
I purchased this card reader because the first one I bought, which made by Sony, wouldn’t work with my new MacBook Pro and MacMini. This one works perfectly and I recommend it.

Connection issue
The reader was ordered with a C type insert for my NEW Mac Book are. It took some effort to get it inserted ( which I might add, C type plugs are not new to me or this MacBook) and some effort to get it out. Tested other C type devices and fortunately no issues ( was concerned the reader could have damaged the slot on the computer). Did not want to try the reader again on a new laptop that just cost me over $1300!

It works just fine. What else would one want? The short cord makes it easy to store.

Product worked as intended. Speed was decently fast. When i put in my order, it was described as your typical usb interface. When i received it, it was the type c usb. The vendor apparently just changed the pictures. My computer didn't have a type c usb so had to order an adapter.

Good given price
XQD readers are hard to get and can cost $100. This one appears to be well made and is relatively inexpensive

Excellent, fast small and convenient XQD card reader for Mabook Pro owners.
I own the Sony version of this reader, and then i decided to buy this one cause it comes with the USB-C cable already attached and it works just perfect, as good as the much expensive Sony reader i had, and i don't have to be worrying about the USB cable getting un attached or lost.
