If purchase the 60. Will I be getting 60 handles?

Do mounting bolts come with?

Yes. There are ones that fit the doors nicely and then you get a package of ones that you can cut to fit for the drawers.

Do you have 4 1/2 inch center holes in the black?

Are they painted black or solid black?

They appear to be solid black, not painted. I love them, and they were all aligned and went on without a hitch. No uneven holes drilled in the sections where you install the screws.
