This brand is awesome. Everything I have ever purchased from this company has been great. These blanched almonds are fresh and delicious. I put them on my ice cream, a little bit of healthy and a lot of not. lol. I bought these once before and they lasted for a long time before they went bad (I didn't store them in the fridge). Anyway, you can't go wrong with anything from this brand.

These are just what I was looking for - for baking all kinds of goods - cookies of all sorts (eg, chocolate chip, oatmeal, shortbread, biscotti) and breads (cinnamon rolls, tea breads, coffeecake, wheat breads) and add to sweet crusts (eg, for cheesecake or bars, and for mixing with or topping things like toffee, chocolate, muffins, donuts, bagels - and of course, ice cream. I read comments that these aren't crunchy or tasty, but this has not been the case for me - they are crunchy (but don't jar one dental components like whole almonds can), and taste just like raw almonds. They can be roasted too, which can be an added dimension to their flavor.

These chopped almonds are the perfect addition to yogurt! Will definitely repurchase.

If you are looking to add more nuts to your diet for cholesterol/health reasons, buy this and use it everywhere. I sprinkle on yogurt, cereal, salad, veggies, chicken dishes, chicken salad, you name it, you can add this to it. Yes it adds a crunch to the feel of the food, but that's the only difference you will notice. It does not change the flavor of your favorite foods, it just boosts your good cholesterol. (I am not a doctor, I just know from all my reading that nuts are VERY good for you and help lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol). Talk to your doctor about the benefits of adding nuts to your diet, and then buy this product.

I like to add these to almond butter and anything else that is just creamy or if it’s not crunchy enough.What a treat! Makes a dull life a little more enjoyable for those little treats.

Two out of the last 3 bags of these diced almonds have had a bigger size diced almonds. I definitely prefer the previous smaller size of the dicing. I've been a regular customer. If the manufacturer reads this, please return to your previous smaller dicing size. I will look for a replacement if they continue to be diced this larger size.
