Had this for one week & it’s covered in scratches. I look after my phone so there should be no reason for this. Really not worth the money

Really disappointed as the case scratched immediately after use. 2 weeks later and it looks worn, faded and scratched terribly.

I initially liked this phone case. I left a positive review the first week of buying it as I couldn't fault it to begin with. But yesterday I dropped my phone my accident from about waist height and the case and my iPhone 11's screen cracked! The case definitely isn't shock proof as the crack on my screen is at the same bit the crack on the case is. I've always bought cheap cases off of eBay (£4.99 roughly) and the first time I buy an expensive case my phone gets broken. It's not with the expense. Just buy a cheap case instead.

The product is robust, and I don't feel worried about dropping my phone when it's in this case. That being said, if you want a phone case that looks remotely decent, do not buy this case. I knew it scratches easily from reviews, and I was willing to deal with it as it's such a visually appealing case. It has a really lovely colour when it catches the light.What is not lovely is the fact that it looks like I put the case through a blender after only 3 months of careful usage. I take care to keep my keys and other sharp objects away from my phone, and yet it's covered with marks and scratches, many of which are now black and very noticeable.

I always purchase Gear4 cases as they are excellent protection and build quality. This case is such poor quality, it’s fit to the iPhone 11 is not snug, it’s loose, and the case has many scratches/scuff marks on it. It’s so delicate that it scuffs/scratches very easily and it’s only been in my pocket with no keys or sharp items. I do not recommend this case. Avoid.

It is expensive but so far seems to be well made, very sturdy, it is a very snug fit for the phone and I am sure it will be very protective. I haven’t dropped it yet. The case has got scratches, so now I try and keep my phone away from sharp objects in my hand bag. I have had it a couple of months and am very pleased with it. X

I have had this phone case on my phone for around 3 weeks. The colour and finish of the product has already worn away. It looks awful with scratches and scuffs. I had my last phone case for almost 2 years and it still looked in good condition. I look after and protect my phone so it is not due to the way I have handled it. It is a terrible product and is advertised with misleading information to say that it is long lasting and has a high grade finish. I am incredibly disappointed with Gear 4 and this product. It is over priced and doesn't do what it suggests. Its such a shame as it looked great when it arrived, but lasted no more than a week before losing its colour and style.

This phone case is supposed to be a really sturdy case and be protective and it is but I have had it one week and the case is scratched to bits and I haven’t even left the house so if your going to be buying it to make your phone look pretty don’t it’s utter rubbish
