Used to replace an oem part I couldn't find locally. So far so good it's holding up great.

Replacement part for my 2004 Pontiac Grand Am, the only thing I have to do was drill out one of the holes for mounting to the windshield wiper motor, it was slightly off, other than that it fits perfect. Note, when you do change the linkage you have to use the pcs that fit under the wiper blades from the old linkage.

I couldn't figure out how to install the linkage at first because it seemed the only attachment point was at the motor. However, after extensive research I found that with some force and by angling the arms and bushings as you pull off, you can get them off the ball end rivet without damage. I would recommend a pair of large mouth pliers to help force the bushings and arms off and back on. Once you figure it out, it is a breeze. Also, make sure the arm joint bend areas are facing out toward the engine and not the passenger compartment or the linkage will not have room and get stuck. Good luck to you all.

There's no problem installing this product

I bought this to replace the OEM windshield wiper transmission assembly on my son's 2005 Pontiac Sunfire. This is a high quality replacement that's also a great bargain. Do NOT pay the price for an OEM replacement part. This works perfectly and was super easy to install.
