This is not a cheap case the build quality is great
I built my new PC in this case and it is by far the most expensive and most well designed case I have ever purchased.

Perfect
I wish they had the 928 in stock I would have bought it. But this case is beautiful none the less, as all inwins upper end enclosures are.

Beautiful Quality
In Win had a real opportunity to create something special for the masses here. The next Lian Li 011D if you will. But in their effort to create a more cost effective version of the 928 chassis In Win has fallen short. The 925 should have been a smaller copy of the 928 and not just a generic interior design with an attractive exterior. My suggestion is that the case be made wider to allow for the PSU to be installed in the back of the chassis and allowing for two 360 mm radiators to be installed side by side in the top as well as a third in the front. This, of course, would increase manufacturing cost as it would use more aluminum and less steel. A design such as that would be able to command a price of $500, without including case fans, providing a much more unique design and allow for greater flexibility for component installation. As beautiful as the exterior design is it simply is I do not see the value the overall design at the current price point. This will certainly sell to may consumers who loved the 928 but found its limited availability or high cost put it out of reach. The chassis seems made about as well as any other case in this size/category. It has its flaws and advantages. The aluminum outer parts look nice from a few feet away however the slight chamfered edges of the aluminum have quite a bit of tool chatter that is visible along these edges. I had the opportunity to see a In Win 928 in person and can tell you that this case should be fabricated with the same level of detail, if not better, at this price point considering the 925 does not include any case fans and has all steel internals. The black powder coat finish is visually acceptable with no gaps or bare spots but definitely has a look that is less than premium. There is smooth feel to the coating and the brushed grain detail is consistent but has what I can best describe as a painted plastic look to it. The tempered glass side panels fit well but have plastic corners, unlike the the metal corners of its big brother, and I have concerns about the longevity of the opening in the plastic as I have already noticed it starting to wear against the threaded posts with maybe a dozen times of removing and installing the side panel. Very fine shavings can be seen around the opening in the plastic when looking closely after removal of the side panel. I believe the manufacturer needs to improve quality control based on my experience. When I received the case one of the large nuts that mount between the glass panel and the case was not installed. When the side panel was put on at factory and the thumb screws were installed to secure the panel the corner that had the missing nut left a space that allowed the side panel to flex too far and resulted in a broken side panel. I contacted In Win through their website for guidance on getting the parts replaced. They have not responded at the time of writing this. I ended up getting a replacement through Amazon and the second case that came had all of the components and was undamaged. For a "premium" chassis better care should be taken to ensure every chassis is properly assembled before shipping. Conclusion: This is a lovely case to look at from a design perspective. It has the potential to present itself as a premium chassis but falls short in the details. The interior of the chassis is a common design and adds nothing special or different from average case designs. At $499.99 the case feels overpriced. It compares in detail quality to chassis in the $100-200 price range and compares visually to chassis in the $200-300 price range.

Very premium, almost perfect.
While this case is absolutely beautiful and made of premium materials, this isn’t the most thought out case. First of all there are so many raised bolts on the back that interferes with installing anything that isn’t a ssd. My other major gripe is the requirement to remove the drive bays to install a larger radiator in the front which leaves a large basement that is almost entirely wasted space. All that aside, for those willing to put up with its shortcomings and price will find this is a case that is easy to build a watercooling loop in. The material is easily described as “premium” and certainly looks beautiful in any gaming space. The addition of cable management in the rear panel is an excellent addition as well as a very easy vertical GPU mount. All in all, an excellent case for those willing to put up with some shortcomings

A dull diamond
The case is built with a premium. Unfortunately, the rear doesn't have enough space to creatively integrate it into a build, especially since it has a tempered glass rear panel. It doesn't quite fit 200mm PSUs since the lip which secures the PSU in place prevents 200mm PSUs (like the Corsair HX1200i) from slotting in. Some of the screws are torqued down way too tight and may be prone to stripping when dismantling areas to install radiators. The front panel ARGB logo is prone to failure. It will break easily, and the plugs are very loose. The premium price is due to the cost of materials and the R&D, but there are cases like the O11D (and XL) out there which provide an incredibly build-friendly experience at a significantly lower price point. That might not matter since the target client of this product is buying this for the aesthetics, the name, and the fact that it is similar to the InWin 928 but still available to consumers. If you're doing a Vertical GPU mount, you will need the 'EZDIY-FAB New PCI Express PCIe3.0 16x Flexible Cable Card Extension Port Adapter High Speed Riser Vertical Card (30cm 90 Degree)-Upgrade Version' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K67CXHF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8)

Before you buy be prepared for let down
Let me start off by saying that this chassis is gorgeous. But for a $500 case you would think that it would come without problems. Box was tore up AF. I was way worried while opening it. InWin does a good job of Packaging with plenty up “moving pain” room in the box. BUT on further inspection there is a decent size gash/chip on the front panel and the back panel is bent enough that’s pretty obvious just look at the photo. I don’t know if it’s a Amazon thing or a InWIn thing but I’m definitely not happy about it. Why pay a Premium price for something that’s not 100%. I’ll update if I hear back from either company.
