Feels like fabric
Feels like a fabric curtain, not like the plastic curtains made in India, even the ones that are 100% polyester. Water resistance is good and there are no metal rings so it's perfectly machine washable. The print is cute. Would have been nice if the curtain was a few inches longer.

It’s made of normal fabric and has no hooks . You’re expected to add another waterproof layer and hooks yourself to be able to use it

Didn't come with hooks so we had to buy them separate.True to the picture.Its fabric so not that crunchy material.NOT WATERPROOF!!! i got water all over the bathroom.THEY DRY FAST.
