Compact and works perfectly!
There is a better description of the product on the manufactures website: [...] WARNING: I'm not really using this as it was intended, so deviate from the manufactures specifications at your own risk. I am using this as a charger for a homemade LI-ion battery pack. It's got 30 18600 cells (3 series 10 parallel) which I am using to power a raspberry pi project I am currently working on. It's very small and light weight so I was able to attach it directly to my project, so if I want to charge the battery pack I just plug the included power supply into the side and it starts right up and turns off when it's done. I didn't have the correct plug to plug into one of the 4 ports on the side, but i just glued 4 male to female jumper wires together to create a detachable plug for it. It will start blinking red if you plug the battery pack in wrong, which I have done, but try not to do that. The 4 output plugs are all connected to the same charging circuit, so do NOT plug more than one battery pack in at one time, especially ones that have a different number of series cells(7.4v battery in the second port and a 11.1v battery into the third). It may work in that configuration, but it will be extremely hard on the balancing circuitry and it will also not charge very fast. As far as the description is concerned, i'm not sure what they mean by "aluminum alloy" but it's definitely plastic painted to look like aluminum. Other than that the charger works great, it charges exactly as expected: 1A bulk charge at about 4.6V per cell till it's mostly charged then the voltage slowly drops to 4.2V as the current slowly drops to 0 at which point it is done charging and the green light turns on. It does get warm(not hot) while charging, especially with a big battery pack like mine but it's not much of a concern. You still probably shouldn't leave it unattended not because this is a bad charger, but because Li-ion batteries are very temperamental and even when charged correctly can cause fires. I had to replace 2 of my cells because they started refusing to charge and instead were attempting to dissipated all the charging energy as heat.

Safe. Reliable. Slow.
Works well, has a good failsafe (previous charger I bought at this price point caught on fire, this one is much more reliable) good for recreational charging of small batteries for rc cars/planes/robots. Can’t recommend for any type of competitive use (robot fighting) as it takes a very long time to charge even small 500mah or less batteries. That said it is a safe and easy to use charger that I would trust to walk away from for 15 minutes and not expect the house to burn down.

Good budget battery charger
Seems to work well, i've used it to charge a 4s and a 2s battery (not at the same time). Somewhat slow charging given its a 1C charger, but likely the safest for the battery. Came with a wall charger. Had a drone propellar destroy the balance charger on a battery, and when re-wiring it I placed one of the lines in the wrong spot, the reverse polarity protection worked well and flashed green/red until I broke out a voltmeter to further check and when realigned it worked well. Gets slightly warm with use, but works well for the price.

Works well, one complaint
This charger seems to work well. I like the ease of use, it's a great basic charger if you're not a hardcore RC enthusiast or need something small and easy to transport. The one complaint I have is the power wire on the AC plug. They decided to use the thinnest possible wire available for some reason. It's that really cheap stuff that will almost certainly fail with any amount of regular flexing and make the entire thing unusable. I don't see any reason why they couldn't spend a few more cents to step up to a thicker wire that would hold up a bit better over time.

Power without the price tag
For the price? Best charger I've ever bought. It's cheap, it works. It gets warm, but no warmer than any other charger I've used. Heck, my cellphone charger gets hotter than this does. Charges my 5200mah 2C batteries in roughly 2 hours. Idk about longevity since I've only had it a couple days but thus far it is perfect. Would buy again!

Should Last with Proper Use
I received an rc car with a 220-240V charger and needed something to charge up the 2S LiPo battery. So far, I have only used this balance charger for one charge cycle and hope it lasts. It took about 80 minutes to fully charge my 7.4V 1500 mAh battery which I feel is a good rate. The charging LED worked starting off with red and changing to green when done. Battery checker showed the battery charged up to 8.31 V. While it was charging, I measured the hottest spot on the charger at 101 deg F - this was a small spot on the underside. On the top, the highest temperature I measured was 92.3 deg F. Without a built-in fan, this means that this device relies on convection cooling. To avoid overheating components and possibly causing malfunction or failure, I suggest making sure there is plenty of airflow around the device when charging and keeping the charger upright (top vent up). When the charging was done, I did notice that the device had cooled off meaning that it stopped charging. Very happy with this safety feature. A handy and inexpensive device.

BEST lipo charger!
This charger is awesome! Works great and very versatile! It charges pretty much all my RC heli/drone batteries from xk k110 (1s 450mah), xk k120 (2s 300mah), blade 180CFX (3s 450mah), and all my 4S race drones. You need not no other charger :). Just only charge ONE battery at a time of course, and if there is one con to this charger, it's that I'm not such a big fan of the power brick style of wall adapter. I would rather have a normal wall plug, idk what's the official name. Other than that, just an awesome charger, and I confirm that it did work for my 4s 1,500mah battery as well.

Very versatile
This is a great balancing charger for Lipo, LIon and LiFe batteries. It works great and is an attractive price. Pro's: Small and light. Charges 3 different battery chemistries. Balance charges 4 different battery sizes, 1S, 2S, 3S and 4S. External Power Supply therefore can use a car-lighter cable (not included). Does not get hot. Con's: Slower than some other chargers. No lights to tell how far along it is. Only charging vs finished. As inexpensive as this is, you can have 2 or more running to get your batteries up to charge. And can even run the charger from a car battery so you can charge your batteries in the field. Great, compact, practical device.
