This book is excellent. The author wrote in a so very simple language, that everyone, even beginners can read and understand without difficulties. I work with Quality Management and the reading of this book is helping me a lot to understand better the process and the QM module.

In my opinion, it is clearly the best book of Quality Management focussed on SAP ERP in the market.Concepts so appreciated by SAP QM consultants like digital signature, stability studies and batch logistic complexity are highly described in this book among others.
