Eating To Be Fit and Satisfied
I am a fan of the Fit For Life concepts, and this cookbook is an excellent tool for those who want to practice them. It is a foundational accompaniment, providing some basic recipes that can be built upon by anyone who wants to do so. The date of original publication has little bearing on the value, and in fact it was ahead of its time when you consider the current trends in healthy eating.I would recommend this book for those who have read Fit For Life, and anyone else who wants an easy instruction manuel on the path of healthy foods.

Vegetarianism
kI am trying to ease into it. The recipes sound good and are easy to follow. Descriptions of effects good. Missing is discussion of protein balance and amounts needed.

Misleading
The title of this book leads one to assume that this work was published as a follow up to Fit For Life, a great book. The problem is this book was written prior to Fit For Life. There is nothing new in this cookbook. I am beginning to believe that Fit For Life was a "one hit wonder."

It's o.k.
This book is just o.k. I read the "Fit For Life" book and loved it. I thought this book would be equally good, but it isn't really all that.
