F864L-HBZ Barn 65 Ceiling Fan with LED Light and DC Motor, Brown Heirloom Bronze Finish

I am giving a five star review for customer service with this product!! We bought this fan in 2021 and has since had the wireless receiver go out due to what I believe was an outage during bad weather. Jerry was quick to respond and give me the number directly to Minka air. I called Minka and they told me what part I needed, and in return I contacted Jerry again. Jerry quickly responded and is sending the replacement part out immediately!! I would certainly buy from this seller again! As for the fan itself, it is a beautiful fan and works great! Minus power outages, lol!

We started with 2 of these and now we have 8 installed! Beautiful fans that run quietly and smoothly and I love the Smart features that work flawlessly. Best ceiling fans we’ve ever bought!

Overall install was fairly seamless. What a huge difference once the fan is up and running. This fan actually puts out some great air movement you can feel. Not like other "great room" fans. Two items to note. 1. There is a fan hanging safety wire cable to attach to the fan, which then attaches to the structure above the ceiling. Attaching the cable to the structure was a little challenging, due to attic space /moving insulation, etc., to attach to the joist above the ceiling, but is a safety feature I'm glad is there. 2. For initial start up, the wireless remote is a bit of a pain to sync up with the fan. Pay very close attention to the instructions and then re-read and try again. Eventually the wireless remote will connect.

Good, but when they say use their “Dimmer ONLY”….. mean it! My fan would NOT work properly (start/stop, fast/slow, unresponsive to selected speeds, etc, etc) and I changed my dimmer for a regular switch and it’s run fine ever since.

This fan works great. We bought a 60 inch matching downrod for our 20 foot ceiling and you feel alot of air. The finish matches our house decor perfectly. We bought the "used" one but it was still brand new. The light is dimmable and it is bright on the highest setting. So if your looking for a great fan, this is the one!

Beautiful fan,but it was TERRIBLE to install. It worked great at first then stopped. The new fans with the remotes are great but if you have a designated light switch already they are incompatible. We had complained and the company sent a new transmitter which meant taking it completely apart and installing the part even past the installment stage. Instructions were terrible and we had to send for another manual to figure it out. We had a professional install it at first and we had to reinstall with the new part ourselves because this fan was costing way too much. After installing the new part we hung it in the unfinished basement because if it didn't work again. We did not want to uninstall in the middle of our living room again. This all happened in the heat of the year when we needed it most. We replaced with another fan. It also should be noted that these remote control fans are great as long as you have only one. They tend to compete with another fans remote and receivers rendering them useless.

Looks great!! Works great!! Is truly the centerpiece of our living room. Great instructions. One of the easiest fans I’ve ever installed. Completely quiet, no shake. Highly recommend! Quick shipping and good packaging!
