Where can I purchase Réfills?

As far as I understand no refills one time use

Replacement pens are 1mm wide ballpoint. Seller thinks it’s 2-3mm. 13.5cm long. Why does the seller not know what it is? They seem fishy.

I ended up just purchasing another set instead.
