I thought the VonShef Electric Hob was very good value for money and I found it was excellent to use while I was without the use of a cooker

Handy portable hob for extra cooking space. Heats up quickly and the dual temperature controls work well. Compact size makes it easy to store when not needed. Good for small kitchens or when you need an extra burner. Surface is easy to wipe clean after use.

I really like this two ring hob. Controls are two simple knobs. No fancy digital!!! Controlling the heat is straight forward. What I would suggest is if you are going to simmer after a boil, stir the food until the boiling heat falls away. Delivery was excellent!!! Nigel Moore.

Purchased as a Christmas present, opened yesterday to find that one of the legs had not been screwed in properly, so was floating around inside the product. Cannot access inside of product, so is unusable and exchange apparently not available for a faulty product.

Great back up for gas hob.

It is pretty basic, but it does what it is designed to do which is heating up pans placed on the rings. if you are used to using an induction hub, then you have to remember that these rings get very hot and remain very hot and are therefore a considerable burn risk.

Git the tiniest kitchen after my move. This item is perfect as no room for full size cooker/hob
