Q: it gets smaller with the wash in the future ?

It washes well. No fading. But do nog put it in the dryer. Hang up od lay flat on towel to dry. It takes a long time to dry but this is best.

Q: I’m 5’5 115 pounds what size should I order?

I’m 6’2” 200 lbs. I bought a large and it fits perfectly. Not too sure which size you should buy. Just go with your normal shirt size
