Q: So set up and the arms completely broken you've sent me a broken chair disgusting how do i return? You didnt even put paperwork or a invoice in!

Left arm on mine broke off at the weld after two months the return requires me to source packaging and someone to print out the return label for me So I think I'm just going to put up with no arm rest on the left. Maybe Epoxy resin will fix it.

Q: What is the distance btw the arms? Min and Max?

If you assemble in the narrowest position, you can adjust with the button between 45-48cm [17 3/4"-19"] (Between the inner edges.) BUT The screw holes give you 2.5cm (1") in both side, so if you assemble in the widest position, it gives 50cm-53cm [19 3/4" - 21"] (between inner edges). I hope this help.

Q: I'm 5 foot 3. I can't find the dimensions floor to top of seat but I need it on the small side. Is it ok for the petite and working on a computer?

I am the same higher and It fits me great! It’s super comfy and because I’m quite short the head rest is the perfect height. I would 100% recommend!

I’ve had this chair since the start of December, and the chair has stood the test of time extremely well. I work full time from home and i game a lot so I spend about 60/70 hours a week in that chair and it holds up so so well.
