It works and gives my camera brackets a break… before IT breaks I never trusted the camera bracket. This thing is super strong and sturdy and holds better than the cheap 1 1/2in plate. That quick release is a very great addition to this product too. The locking mech on it is strong and does not require you to torque it like most kits such as the tripod stands. This is a professional plate and you can’t go wrong with it. My only downfall with this(but does not affect the stars) is the fact that I had to use my old bottom plate screw that goes to the camera, in order to mount the bottom plate. Then I took off the screws that went with this kit to mount the mounting plate to the lens plate. THEN I was able to slide it on it and it works. This needs to include a couple of additional screws so you don’t have to fiddle around with getting the plate to work. I should have to use my old plate to mount to the new. Kinds defies the purpose of investing into this but needless to say this for sure is worth investing either way. This is photography, we make things work!(and in this case, it’s not rigged and fixed, it still feels and looks like it’s part of a whole package)

So, I got this because I needed something moderately disposable for a project... and in the end, this thing is a LOT more durable than expected. There are only two things which I would call "bad"- the tape holding the box came undone so when I slid it out of the Amazon envelope, the plate fell out and slammed on the floor (but was undamaged), and two- the plate retaining screw felts a little "scratchy" when tightening/loosening it. This was a quick fix using just a little bit of graphite from a pencil (you could also use some form of lubricant if you wanted). I'm considering purchasing a couple more to convert some older camera tripods with fixed screws to being quick release ones. Well beyond worth the price in terms of quality and value.

Me gustó mucho la placa, lo único que cambiaría sería el tornillo de seguridad de la platina, cuando lo apreté la rosca de la manija roja se rodó, por lo que tuve que cambiar el Tornillo y ahora apretarlo con llave, por lo demás funciona muy bien !

This is hands down one of the best if not the best Quick Release Plates on the market. The price at time of purchase is perfect, the bubble levelers are a great touch I didn't initially think would be one of the best reasons to own this plate and release and tightening of the plate is perfect. Please note that this review was conducted only after 2 weeks of purchase and use and not based on long term usage, but as far as I can tell currently, this is an instant purchase if you are looking for a reliable and efficient Quick Release Plate.

I bought this mount to replace the cheap plastic ones that come with mid grade tripods. It mounted easily with a center screw to both my ball and socket tripod and the one that just rotates on an axis. Mounting was easy and secure. The mount did not wobble and fit snugly on the base. The foot fastened to my camera rig nicely. To test I used one of my heavier setups, Sony a7III, extra battery grip, and a 200-600mm lens. The fit was great. No wobble and the camera felt secure on the tripod. This is a good purchase for anyone that doesn't need a professional tripod but wants to upgrade a bit to metal parts.

It is. There's a reason this is $12 and a Manfrotto is $70. I used this for one day and it fought me constantly as I moved my camera from a handheld rig to a tripod. I had a very hard time slipping the plate in and out of the shoe, it had to be aligned perfectly and with almost no weight on it. AND -- by the end of the day, the locking screw to hold the plate to the shoe had stripped out so the camera would slide freely inside the shoe with no way to lock it down. Maybe for a super lightweight DSLR this would do the trick, but FAR from a professional piece of gear. I'm returning both of them, reminding myself that cheap buys twice...

Overview: As described. Experience: Well made and versatile. I am using on a non adjustable QR mount tripod (Sony) where weight distribution was not ideal with my newer 4k Sony camcorders (on the AX33 and AX53 the attach location is really poor, for what ever reason it way forward of center). Using this resolved the awkward mount restoring perfect balance. The construction is solid, All surfaces have a textured powder coat that feels great and is pretty heavy so should look nice for years of use but compromises smoothness of slider.(compared to my Manfrotto QR slider). This does not effect operation more aesthetics.... A super plus is that it has threads on side for additional mounts :) Recommendation: Really a good price for a very versatile QR mount.

I have a bunch of these UTEBIT P200 quick release plates, and overall they work well for the price. They do what they’re supposed to do and make mounting and swapping camera gear more convenient. Most of them function without issues, but I have had a few arrive that were either not fully functional or had minor defects. It’s not the majority, but there is some inconsistency in quality control. When they are good, they perform as expected and feel solid enough for regular use in a camera setup. They integrate well with compatible mounts and are useful for quick transitions between setups. Overall, these are good value quick release plates that work well most of the time, but there is some variation in reliability between units.

At first it looks ok for the price, but after 2-3 times the nut went into the interior and i couldn't tight it anymore! it slips because the nut was not outside enough, so no more grip to be able to tight it! Waste of money!

Like the price and decent quality. Quick release plate lock could be better engineered as it tends to wobble and “slip” when righting down the lock knob.

En tant que tel le produit est excellant, mais au point de vue de la compatibiliter avec les produits Manfrotto, c'est plutot loin d'être idéal et laisse à désirer. Donc la raison de seulement 2 étoiles. Sinon le produit est de bonne qualiter.
