This bag was carelessly put together and the stitching is already falling apart at the bottom where most of the cargo weight would rest. We haven't used it yet - this was out of the box. Unfortunately I waited too long to return it. Also the top flap doesn't really cover the top opening unless you cinch it shut tightly and this flap is much smaller than the body diameter so it provides little protection from the elements. Also take note the exterior material is a fabric (not a vinyl) which might collect dirt easily. The interior has the vinyl waterproof layer although the bag not waterproof and has drain holes in the bottom of the carrier. Luckily I have a sewing machine and I will be re-designing parts of this to make it useable for our needs.

After about 2 months of having it on I don't have many complaints. In total I carry probably 25-35 pounds of weight in there between jumper cables, tow ropes, tie downs, a tent and extra gear. Only real complaint is one of the buckles securing the top flap to open the pack broke. I'll replace the buckles with something more serious, and it doesn't totally ruin the bag so I'll still use it. Overall pretty happy!! I also sprayed the sucker with waterproof boot spray to make it a bit more waterproof before it was in the elements, and the inside has stayed bone dry. Can't say it needed the spray but didn't hurt it at all.

This bag is a good bag but it has a pretty major flaw. The drawstring that cinches the bag closed does not work. The hem that the drawstring is in is too narrow for the fabric material to bunch up when you pull the drawstring. Otherwise everything else about the bag is great! The fabric is high quality and the size is excellent. I fit two full 13 gallon trash bags in this with no problem.

Stitching is weak. Broke while installing. Bummer.
