Are the videos (both front and rear) high quality enough to read license plates? How's the quality at night?

I had my camera set to the highest resolution. Only front camera can read license plate of the car that's right in front of your car when cars are not moving . Rear camera has very low resolution and can't read anything. At night, front is dark but you can still see things (not clear), rear can't see anything :(

Is it possible to make the back up screen big and forward small?
