Toilet does not work and no postage for return
The new toilet does not flush well at all. It wasted me $300 to buy the toilet, $200 to hire a professional installer. In the end, because the new toilet does not flush well, my installer had to remove the toilet and I bought a new one from local Home Depot. After the Home Depot toilet is installed, it is working well.To make it worse, the seller won't provide postage for return. It would cost me $400 to return the toilet. This is my worst Amazon buying experience
